We all went over to Lupe's house to visit with baby Jayde. It was also the first time that Aubrey had seen her cousin.  We had great mexican foods, like rancheros! Then the kids went into the pool and then we had a cake for my birthday and flan with candles for Niki's birthday.

Then I left in a hurry to go to Balboa Island for a photo club shoot...The pictures are great and I'll have samples later...

Grapeseed oil for GranMa Tere...

My Mom has been talking about healthy eating lately and mentioned eating salads with grapeseed oil, she says that my Tia Margarita eats it all the time. I purchased this bottle for her, but now the cardiologist has her on a restricted diet where she can't eat any "green" foods.

No more green calabacita's, green salads and her favorite, green nopalito's.  I just hope she doesn't commit hari-kari...

I helped Niki do a photo-shoot this afternoon...It was her friends from work.  We started at the carousel and ended up on the sand and then the pier...Lots of walking...and the Sun disappeared before we were set up..

She had fun...then we went for tacos at Tacos Jalisco and had Mexican food.

Elaine celebrated her 40th birthday at El Ranchito...It was a surprise and she WAS surprised...There were lots of friends and family, making it a very memorable event.

GullWing...Marconi Museum

Went to the Marconi Auto Museum in Tustin...I was there for a photo class but was introduced to the "mission" of the museum.  The owner was a world-class driver, car team owner, developer and multi-millionaire.

He had these cars in storage and now uses the museum to generate money for under-privileged kids in all communities.  That's all he does now, goes from party to party...

If you love cars...visit the museum and help the cause...

Dalia bought this green dress for Aubrey, she wanted a few pictures like she has of Niki and Eri.  I recently purchased a bunch of colorful hand-painted chairs from a bed and breakfast and they sure came in handy today. 

I love the colors of this yellow chair and Aubrey is so pensive, look at her cute toes.

Aubrey was having a good time with the air purifier.  She loved the wind in her face, kinda surprised but loving it.

And she actually tries to talk...Walking is right around the corner...

The Velardes were at my home last nite...Aubrey was doing her best to start walking and then she found this air purifier and she just loved it. The wind was blowing in her face and her hair strewn about.
